Hi, I’m Andy Nicol, a leader, writer, and provocateur on a mission to rethink how we treat humans in the workplace.
As the CEO of the People Matter Collective, I’ve spent years building businesses that prioritise people over processes. From founding Agoge Recruitment to developing AI-driven platforms like coHired, my work has always been guided by a simple but radical idea: when people thrive, organisations succeed.
But here’s the truth: too often, the systems we rely on—especially in HR—are doing more harm than good. Instead of fostering belonging, leadership, and productivity, traditional HR practices can stifle creativity, connection, and progress. That’s why I created Human Radical.
